Chinese Evergreen (Aglaonema)
Temperature: Warm in summer – minimum 60 F in winter.
Light: Semi-shade or bright light. Keep well away from direct sunlight.
Water: Water sparingly in winter. For the rest of the year water thoroughly.
Air Humidity: Moist air is necessary. Mist leaves regularly, but never use a coarse spray. Surround pot with damp peat.
Repotting: Repot in spring every 3 years.
Propagation: In spring or summer pot up basal shoots with a few leaves and roots attached. Air layering is an alternative. |
